Comic Strip – Lease Profile of REITs

Today's comic is based on my last year's post - Lease Profile of REITS. In this post, I would share about the points to take note of for the lease profile. I have not brought up tenant information in this post as I feel that it would be more suitable to be included in the diversification profile. As for incomes from foreign currencies, I've suggested an alternative by using the income received in traded / major currencies, as hedging couldn't provide protection for currency depreciation. Quoted from Investopedia: "In currency trading, only the most economically/politically stable and liquid currencies are demanded in sufficient quantities."
