Investment Outlook 2021: Vaccines, Stimulus, Rising Dividends and A Chinese Bull Run

With the volatility of the US elections behind us and a global effort to roll out the COVID-19 vaccines underway, the stock market appears set to move higher in 2021. Last year, investors witnessed both the end of the longest bull market and the shortest bear market in US history. Despite the economic toll of the coronavirus pandemic, US stocks closed the year on a high. The S&P 500 was up 16.3% while the tech-heavy Nasdaq Composite gained 43.6% for the year. As we sail into 2021, here are three themes that we see playing out for the year ahead.
