Happy 牛 Year everyone! This Chinese New Year has been much more muted than before due to the 8 unique visitors restriction. Because of the restriction, we had to do selective visiting, more planning and coordination to make those visits within regulations. It's troublesome, but that's a small price to pay for the health of the Nation. An update in this year of Ox on our property search. We are now looking at doing Voluntary Housing Refund to our CPF OA and taking on more mortgage loan to take full advantage of the low interests rate environment....
