Astrea VI Class A-1 Bonds

Astrea VI Class A-1 Bonds is offering $250m for the initial public offer. The offer will close on 16 March 2020 at 12 noon. The interest rate for the 5 year bonds is 3% and is rated A+ by both S&P and Fitch. I have previously written about Astrea IV Class A-1 Bonds that was launched in June 2018 and Astrea V Class A-1 Bonds in June 2019. Compared to $121m in Astrea IV, $180m in Astrea V, this is the biggest retail issuance todate! The management of Azalea has spent a lot of time to create a comprehensive website that includes a management presentation video and conducted a live Q&A session to help investors understand how the bonds work before applying.
