Hi I originally use Binance where I used my credit card to purchase however the charges was high for credit card purchases. Then I changed to Binance SG where I can transfer SGD funds from my bank account to Binance SG using Xfers. I like it because Binance SG is simple to use and pretty direct.
If not can consider Gemini, it has BTC-SGD and ETH-SGD pairing making it seamless to deposit SGD and start buying straightaway!
