Noel Gifts : home grown gift and hampers company. illiquid. took a while to get into the stake i am looking at. Around 1/2 of the price is cash. Little debt. Almost all its price is its hard asset property price. I consider it low risk and looking at 1-2cent payout year after year, ie anything from 5%-10% yield.  Carrianna : locals might not know. But Hongkongers will know its famous chichow restaurants. this is deeply undervalued. lots of hard asset backing. pays around 3c per year. Valuetronics : local company, good dividend payors year after year and likely can increase with time  SBS transit : uninteresting counter which needs no introduction also. cannot huat big but good for income Swire Pacific B : diversified Hk and London based British conglomerate....
