I’m not sure how many of you out there are like me, but have you ever watched those morning routine videos and wondered how to get one yourself? Y’know like those videos where they get up at 6am to go to the gym, take their cold shower and meditate before getting started on working? I mean, it always seems like these people have their lives in order and they’re just working on improving themselves every single day, right?
