The Singapore property market is known for being tough on single homebuyers; and it’s especially hard to find an HDB flat as a bachelor. Nonetheless, some home buyers do manage to build their ultimate bachelor pad, with a bit of patience and homework. This week, we talked to S, who put together an incredible 4-room flat bachelor pad; and he even managed to get it done despite Covid-19 raging.
