It may be a recurring theme for a while, but that seems to be no let-up to the demand for bigger units in Singapore. Despite the age of some of these developments (not just freehold, 99-year leasehold as well), people are more willing to splurge just to have more space at home. So this week, we’ve found a couple of more spacious units in older developments, one of which is quite a massive penthouse unit in District 10.
