Given an option to choose between a 2-bedroom at Hyll On Holland or a 3-bedroom at Whistler Grand, which one would be a better choice?

With regards to your question, both condominiums are very different and honestly not comparable. Hyll On Holland is located in District 10 (closer to the city), while Whistler Grand is in District 5 (closer to the Jurong Lake District).
Both districts have seen quite a few new launches in recent years, but apart from that, they cater largely to different types of buyers.
