I have identified three Mapletree REITs that increased their Distribution Per Unit (“DPU”) in FY21/22. Dividend investors have always liked REITs under Mapletree for their good track record and consistent performance. Recently, most REITs have reported their FY21 full year financial results. Let us take a look below at their current dividend yield. Mapletree North Asia Commercial Trust (SGX: RW0U) Mapletree North Asia Commercial Trust’s portfolio comprises of thirteen commercial properties in China, in Hong Kong SAR, Japan and South Korea, with a total lettable area of 5.9 million square feet. Their total book value is S$8,267.1 million as of 31 March 2022. In FY21/22, Mapletree North Asia Commercial Trust‘s DPU increased 10.4% year-on-year to 6.819 cents. FY21/22
