It’s been a while since I have been active on the blog. I have been busy at work and finally have some downtime to pen my thoughts. The past months flew by and we have seen the decline of the markets, the LUNA crash and the gradual reopening of Singapore. Like many other Singaporeans, I recently took advantage of the reopening and went on a trip. The trip opened my eyes to how other parts of the world have moved past the Covid pandemic, learning to live with the virus or perhaps not even bothering about it. I guess it is good news that we have opened up? I mean, take a look at China, the lockdowns has had great repercussions and I know of many in Hong Kong already moving to SG or in the midst of moving here. No prizes for guessing why rents around our little red dot is increasing exponentially…...
