It’s why an early new launch buyer can be rewarded financially as there is definitely some risk that they’re undertaking by buying a condo sight unseen. It could turn out very well, or it could also turn out to be more underwhelming than you might think.
Which is why I’m always excited to see how a new launch turns out in reality from what I’ve seen at the show flat.
Today, I’m reviewing The Hyde. A unique boutique condo located in the Balmoral area (for those who’ve been following us – it’s the one which Ghib and Reuben stayed for 24 hours at the show flat!).
I must say that the designs have translated very well in real life. In fact, what you’ve seen in the show flat model probably doesn’t quite do it justice.
