Dual key condos are basically a single unit comprising 2 separate homes that share both a common main door and foyer. It’s actually a very useful layout for those who are looking for multi-gen living for more privacy, or if you want to have the flexibility to rent out part of your home for income in the future. The first concept of this was introduced in Singapore in 2009 Caspian by Fraser Centrepoint (this was 2 years before the ABSD implementations).
