Property Soul Meet the Blogger Session

It has been a long while since we last met face-to-face. I remember 2019 was a busy year. We organized a total of seven events in 12 months, including seminars, workshops and a networking session. The response was overwhelming. Then came Covid-19 and we were forced to stay home. But with cheap money flowing around, both the new launch and resale market were vibrant with lots of activities. During the pandemic, we introduced the one-on-one property consultation service that we could talk via zoom or across the table with our masks on. Now life has gradually returned back to normal. However, with ever climbing interest rates, the property buying craze has died down. These days if any new project could move 30 to 50 percent of total units over the first weekend, the developer and marketing agencies couldn’t wait to congratulate each other.
