Will returns for the next SSB stay above 3.3%?

The 10-year average return on the next SSB may stay high. What happened? I noticed that there has been more discussion about the Singapore Savings Bonds (SSBs) recently. This is likely because of the attractive 10-year average return of 3.33% offered by the latest issuance of the SSB. However, many in the Beansprout community have asked whether there might an allocation limit for the SSB due to the potentially strong demand. After all, we have seen applications for the Singapore T-bill reach record highs recently. As such, I decided to take a look at the latest SSB interest rate projection to see if the interest rate may stay high for the next SSB, and what we can do if we are not able to get our target allocation for the current SSB.
