May2024 Dividend/Interest received from my investment and retirement account is about SGD $9029. YTD portfolio performance improved to 3.47% and 5.68% if dividend is included. The overall YTD performance has improved greatly this month as US and HKSE portfolio have been very positive. My overall portfolio has been drag down by my S-Reit portfolio that is sitting on a -14% paper loss. Trade in May I added about $29k of new shares in Capitaland Ascott ,CFA, MPACT , 101.hk , 3067.hk,9988.hk, BTI, IBDW and RLJ-PA after selling 24.5 k of my Canadian bank etf zwc.to, Hotel Grand and ABC shares. Net trade ended up $4826 2017 to 2024 Monthly Dividend/Interest earned from Investment Portfolio :
