CapitaLand Ascendas – 1st Half Results is out! Gross Revenue is up 7.2 percent to 770m versus 718m.NPI is up 3.9 percent to 528m. Distribution income is up 1 percent to 331m. Dpu is down marginally 2.5 percent due to larger no of units. Comparing to last quarter Dpu is up 1.1 percent. I think results is not bad!

CapitaLand Ascendas - 1st Half Results is out! Gross Revenue is up 7.2 percent to 770m versus 718m. NPI is up 3.9 percent to 528m. Distribution income is up 1 percent to 331m. Dpu is down marginally 2.5 percent due to larger no of units.  Comparing to last quarter Dpu is up 1.1 percent to 7.524 cents. I think results is not bad! XD 6th August. Paydate 2nd September. Dpu of 7.524 cents beat my expectations! Awesome! NAV 2.27. Gearing 37.8%. ICR 3.7x. Occupancy rate 92%. CapitaLand Ascendas - This evening 1st Half Results will be out! Estimating dpu of 7.4 to 7.5 cents. Crucial moment! A nice breakout of 2.75 decisively would certainly see her rising up further towards 2.83 than 2.97/3.00. Pls dyodd. 17th July 2024: CapitaLand Ascendas REIT  - She had managed to bounce off from 2.56 and closed well at 2.72, coupled with high volume looks rather bullish and may likely continue to trend higher towards 2.85 and 2.97-3.00!
