The BTO launch for October this year is one of the most varied to date. There are 8,500 new flats spread out over nine different HDB towns, including the new estate in Bayshore (categorised under Bedok Town). This will also be one of the biggest ever launches in Jurong West, with a whopping 1,840 units of all sizes. That’s right – Jurong West alone has over 20 per cent of all the flats being launched!
