The Manager intends to finance the acquisition via JPY denomination loan of 14.9b and hereby increase the Gearing from 39.1% to 39.8%.
With this new acquisition, Japan will increase MIT total portfolio percentage to 6.4% from 5.1%. Increase the total assets value from 9b to 9.1b.
With this acquisition would likely boost their NPI/Distribution Income and perhaps an increase in DPU.
