Pls dyodd. 2nd October 2024: CapLand Ascott Tr  - Acquisition of Ify Funan Singapore is another great asset added to boost their total portfolio plus an increase of 3.5m distribution income or 1.5 percent increase in DPU payout,  awesome! This acquisition is being funded by the recent divestment of Citadines Mount Sophia and the Gearing is below 40 percent which is a plus point! Ay 97 cents, yield is about 5.25% which is quite a good yield level! NAV is about 1.15. Gearing below 40%. I think current price is still considered quite a great price! Pls dyodd....
