As we approach the end of 2024, most companies have already reported their very last set of financial results for the year. Investors should be carefully scrutinising these results to determine which stocks have the potential to do well in 2025. First REIT (SGX: AW9U)

One of only two listed healthcare REITs in Singapore, First REIT’s portfolio comprises 32 properties including hospitals, nursing homes, and healthcare-related assets. These properties have an appraised value of around S$1.1 billion and are spread out across Singapore (3), Japan (14), and Indonesia (15).
