Recently, a user requested the ability to import option transactions into StocksCafe. One of the main challenges of tracking options is the additional fields required compared to stock transactions, making the process more cumbersome and prone to errors. At StocksCafe, we’re always striving to enhance your investment journey. Over the weekend, we dedicated time to building this feature. Since the user who made the request uses IBKR (Interactive Brokers), the format is currently tailored to IBKR’s data structure. However, we believe the implementation is generic enough to accommodate various formats. If your preferred options brokerage uses a significantly different format, please share a sample export file with us. We’ll gladly explore the possibility of adding support for it.
