I’ve made some adjustments to the blog’s layout to enhance readability for desktop users. Here’s what’s changed:
- Overall blog width: Increased from 1100 px to 1200 px.
- Main content width: Expanded from 770 px to 864 px.
These changes are designed to improve the reading experience for desktop viewers, making the content feel more spacious and easier to navigate. Posts with tables, in particular, will now have a clearer view, e.g.
SREITs Fundamental Review @ 29 December 2024 and
S-REITs in 2024: Weak Returns Despite Rate Cuts.
Note: There’s no change to the mobile and tablet (portrait) views.
2) Discontinued S-REITs Properties Maps Page
After careful consideration, I’ve decided to discontinue the S-REITs Properties Maps Page. Here’s why:
- Time-consuming updates: Keeping track of acquisitions and divestments, even for Singapore properties alone, requires significant effort.
- Limited value added: Based on feedback and usage, the page didn’t provide as much value as I had hoped.
