Guide: Booking Singapore Airlines Flights With EVA Air Miles

I recently did a video on getting more value from your miles, and EVA Air’s mileage programme is an excellent way to get great deals. Here’s a guide on booking flights – especially Singapore Airlines ones – with EVA Air Infinity MileageLand (IML) miles. Why use EVA Air Infinity MileageLand? For the uninitiated, it is possible to get Singapore Airlines to certain destinations for fewer miles with EVA Air’s Infinity MileageLand programme. Here are a few destinations compared for one-way business class flights:

Japan / Korea 52,000 miles 40,000 miles ~23%
Europe 103,500 miles 80,000 miles ~22.7%
USA 107,000 to 111,500 miles 97,500 miles ~8.9% to 12.5%
A return trip to Europe can cost a whopping 47,000 fewer miles when you book through EVA Air instead of Singapore Airlines. With savings as much as 23%, you are able to save on a significant amount of miles. Better yet, the availability for flights seems to be better when booking via EVA Air as far as I can tell....
