Why Withdrawing From Chocolate Finance Now Takes Days (Which Is the Industry Norm)

  1. Where are users’ monies placed with Chocolate Finance money?
We have to be clear that money placed with Chocolate Finance is invested into investment funds, specifically investment-grade bond funds. This is separate from Chocolate Finance itself and money is with big, reputable fund managers. I mentioned this in my article and video (3:23 onwards) when I introduced Chocolate Finance:

As an adult, I’ve been through many ups and downs in my career path and personal finance journey, not unlike many Singaporeans. From my years as a tied insurance agent turned independent financial adviser, I realised that there are very few sources of proper, unbiased financial advice for working adults to access. Worse, self-styled “financial consultants” are selling products like savings plans and ILPs to the detriment of the clients whose interests they were supposed to serve.
