AIMS APAC REIT – DPU growth powered by strong rental reversions

DPU Growth in FY 2025 AIMS APAC REIT (AAREIT) reported a distribution per unit (DPU) of 9.6 cents for FY2025, a 2.6% year-on-year (YoY) increase compared to FY2024. Revenue and Net Property Income (NPI) were up by 5.3% YoY and 2.1% YoY respectively in FY 2025, on the back of sustained positive rental reversions achieved. Source: Company data Strong rental reversions in Singapore AAREIT achieved positive rental reversions of 15.5% for its Singapore portfolio in 4Q FY2025, bringing the rental reversion for FY2025 to 20.0%. AAREIT executed 25 new and 50 renewal leases totaling 159,827 sqm in FY2025, representing 20.6% of the total portfolio NLA. The strength was led by Industrial assets, which saw positive rental reversions of 44.3% in 4Q FY2025, and Logistics & Warehouses assets, which saw positive rental reversions of 24.3% in 4Q FY2025.
