Primary sales momentum firm in 1Q25

Primary sales demonstrated strong momentum in 1Q25, with 3,375 units sold, supported by six successful new launches that saw robust demand.

Meanwhile, secondary sales recorded 3,886 units, as buyers increasingly gravitated towards new projects.
