One of the first things homebuyers and investors check for is proximity to Primary schools. Even if you’re not enrolling your children – or have no children – it’s an established belief that resale or possibly even rental prospects are tied to schools. But this raises a number of questions: Does it mean a condo project without a nearby school won’t succeed? And if you don’t have any need for Primary schools, then dare you strike off this requirement?
