In StocksCafe, the Stock Code serves as the unique identifier. This means that when a Stock Code changes, the system treats it as an entirely different stock. For example, Cromwell European recently changed both its name and Stock Codes to Stoneweg European:

• CWBU → SET (EUR currency)
• CWCU → SEB (SGD currency)
