If there’s one recurring headline in 2025, it’s the steady rise of million-dollar HDB flats. We’re at something of a crossroads in this year: whilst the number of million-dollar flats has continued to grow, this year also marks the end of SERS (perhaps for a few years, perhaps till the end of our lifetime; who knows?) In light of that, we took a look at which HDB towns have been the most active and the average prices of each town. Here’s what we found out:
