The Friction Problem With CDC Vouchers
CDC vouchers are a great initiative. The Community Development Councils have been giving them out to provide immediate support for Singaporean households and help defray daily expenses. You can spend them at participating heartland merchants, hawkers, and supermarkets.
But the implementation has a friction problem, especially for seniors.
