I tried another location. Also gone. I ended up at a post office branch where there was a queue, and the staff provided minimal help. Their solution? Scan the QR and use the SingPost website. Fine. I pulled out my phone and it brought me to ezy2ship, SingPost’s online shipping platform. In other words, my worst nightmare....
