- First, the distilled FCT AGM takeaways organised by topic.
- Second, how I processed 16 pages of AGM minutes in a matter of minutes using a simple method that works for any stock.
Frasers Centrepoint Trust (FCT) held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 23 January 2026, covering the financial year ended 30 September 2025 (FY2025).
I didn’t attend in person. I read the minutes online. All 16 pages of them.
And honestly, I almost didn’t. AGM minutes are dense. They read like legal transcripts (haha, a little exaggeration) because, well, that’s exactly what they are. But buried inside those 16 pages was something I wasn’t expecting: unitholders grilling management on flat DPU, rising fees, cinema exits, the RTS threat, and perpetual securities strategy.
The kind of candid back-and-forth that doesn’t show up in quarterly business updates or half-yearly financial results.
So I sat down, processed the entire document, and distilled it into something actually readable. This post has two parts.
