I spent the Labour Day long weekend setting up an LLM Knowledge Base. The basic idea was to use AI to build and maintain a personal knowledge base for all the research and notes I’d accumulated over the past 10+ years. I fed it thousands of articles, highlights, and book passages I’d been accumulating for years in Evernote, built an AI pipeline to keep it growing, and waited for a couple of hours for Claude Code to crunch through the whole thing. I was surprised to find that about 50% of my conceptual knowledge was theology and faith. This was a little disappointing, honestly. It wasn’t what I’d hoped to find at all. But more on that later. Let’s start from the beginning.
