We went from newspaper advertisements and cold-calling to social media marketing, AI tools, video tours, and data-driven presentations. Consumers today are more informed than ever, and information travels faster than at any point in history. Yet despite all this progress, many real estate agents are still making the exact same mistakes agents made decades ago. What is interesting is that these mistakes are usually not caused by a lack of intelligence or effort. More often than not, they come from habits that have been passed down from one generation of agents to the next.
