The one aspect of retirement that you might be neglecting

Healthcare technology is improving. Financial education and knowledge are also abundant on the internet, and investing has never been easier. So in theory, we should be better prepared for retirement than ever before… right? I used to think so. But after 5 years of pursuing financial independence, I’ve slowly realised that I’ve overlooked a very important facet of this journey. Yes, there’s the financial aspect of retirement. Equities and bond portfolios, gold and safe withdrawal rates. That’s the part that people often fuss about. But there’s also the ageing aspect of it.
