Bukit Panjang has become the newest HDB town to join the million-dollar club of five-room resale flats in Singapore. The transaction that pushed it across the line was the sale of a 1,291 sq ft unit at 605 Senja Road that fetched $1.05 million ($813 psf) when it was sold earlier this week. This record-setting five-room flat is categorised as a Premium Apartment, and is located between the 28th – 30th floors. This HDB block was completed in 1999 and has about 71 years left on its lease. It is the first time that a resale five-room flat in Bukit Panjang has been sold for more than a million dollars. It beats the previous record high of $998,000 ($835 psf) that involved the sale of a 1,194 sq ft unit at 181 Jelebu Road. The unit, which is also listed as a Premium Apartment, is located between the 22nd – 24th floors and was sold in June 2025.
