The co-living options in truly suburban locations are few and far between at the moment. This is a gap in the market that MBER, a hybrid co-living and serviced apartment, is eager to step into. Developed by Aw & Sons Group, the new serviced apartment and co-living property is located at 2 Teck Chye Terrace off Upper Serangoon Road. The site used to house the former Lim Tua Tow Market, a wet market and hawker centre that was demolished in the 1990s.
