Over 22,312 applications were submitted for the 6,952 Build-To-Order flats in this month’s sales exercise, which started last Wednesday on June 17. This translates to an overall subscription rate of 3.2 times the total number of BTO flats on offer, based on HDB records at 2pm on June 24.
