Over the weekend of May 4 and 5, more than 5,000 visitors flocked to see the latest new condominium in the Lentor Hills estate; the 502-unit Lentor Gardens Residences. The numbers suggest that buyers were keen to check out this development by Kingsford Group. Lentor Gardens Residences is the seventh new condo to break into this developing condo estate. The project is not one of the closest to Lentor MRT station on the Thomson-East Coast Line, the station that serves this neighbourhood. So far, the developer has indicated that the average selling price of the project will start from $2,350 psf. The lowest $psf price will reportedly start from $2,050 psf, which likely covers the larger unit types. If we do see most of the units sold at around this price when the project launches for sale on July 18, this would make Lentor Gardens Residences one of the priciest new projects to hit the Lentor Hills estate since Lentor Modern – the only integrated development in the neighbourhood – in 2022.
