The third Capella branded residence in the world will make its debut in Brisbane, Australia in 2029. Singapore-based luxury hospitality management company Capella Hotel Group is teaming up with Australian property developer Verso Projects to restore a historic estate into a luxury riverfront residence. The new branded residence will be located at the historic 174 year old Shafston House estate, which is located at Kangaroo Point along the Brisbane River. The Capella branded residence will consist of 50 ultra prime homes that start from A$8 million ($7.19 million) for a three-bedroom apartment. At the heart of the residences is Shafston House, which was constructed in several stages between 1851 and 1904. Listed in the Queensland Heritage Register in 2005, the Victorian Gothic-style villa is the third-oldest residence in Queensland.
