The take-up rate at the sales launch of Lentor Gardens Residences, which took place over the July 18-19 weekend, signals that the area hasn’t lost its shine among homebuyers.
Lentor Gardens Residences is the first development by Chinese developer Kingsford Group in the Lentor Hills estate. The 499-unit condominium moved 270 units (54%) over its first sales weekend. The project set an average selling price of $2,350 psf.
Overall, this was a good first showing by Kingsford Group and they were able to keep the average selling price steady. Lentor Gardens Residences is the seventh new project in this estate, and buyers would be entering into an already-established private residential market.
Based on caveats, a total of 2,929 (99.2%) new condo units have been sold across the previous six new condo projects at Lentor Hills, out of the 2,954 units launched to date.
