4 Singapore Stocks I’m Eyeing in August 2026
By The Dividend Uncle  •  July 25, 2026
The Straits Times Index (STI) has climbed to fresh record highs above 5,500, but does that mean all the good investment opportunities in Singapore are gone? In this video, I share 4 Singapore stocks that I’m personally continuing to watch and accumulate for my long-term portfolio, even as many blue-chip names trade near record valuations. Rather than chasing the market’s biggest winners, we’ll look at four companies that have lagged the broader rally, examine why they’ve underperformed, and discuss whether their long-term investment thesis remains intact. The four companies covered are:
  • Singtel (SGX: Z74)
  • Sembcorp Industries (SGX: U96)
  • SIA Engineering (SGX: S59)
  • PropNex (SGX: OYY)
We’ll also discuss the key risks, what I’d be watching going forward, and how each company plays a different role within my own long-term portfolio.
