Recent luxury projects in the Meyer Road enclave, like the ultra-luxury Meyer House, have strengthened the area as a prime residential neighbourhood in District 15. The newest development, the freehold Meyer Blue, is the latest project to benchmark the area’s appeal as a luxury retreat. The residential enclave along Meyer Road in District 15 is synonymous with the high-end and luxury sea-facing condos along that stretch of East Coast, a reputation it has developed since the 1920’s. Meyer Blue first launched for sale in October 2024, and the 226-unit development sold just over half of its units on the first day of sales. That’s a strong showing for a luxury project in District 15, especially since the average selling price back then was about $3,260 psf. According to caveats, the project has sold over 78% of its units to date.
