Large freehold penthouses are not actually hard to find. What is tough to find, however, are the ones that manage to stay below the $3 million mark. As such, those who love these gigantic, highly unique properties often have to turn to the older resale options.
That is, however, not always a huge drawback. Many older freehold penthouses offer substantially more space, with expansive rooftop terraces and layouts that aren’t found elsewhere.
