The landed homes along Hythe Road sit on one of those inner streets, about ten minutes on foot from Serangoon Garden Circus along Serangoon Garden Way. Close enough to walk to MyVillage and Chomp Chomp when you feel like it, but a good enough distance that the roundabout traffic never feels like it reaches your gate.
