8 things I learned from the 2026 Mapletree Logistics Trust AGM

Mapletree Logistics Trust (MLT) is Singapore’s first Asia-Pacific-focused logistics REIT, having been listed on the Singapore Exchange in 2005. Today, it owns 175 logistics properties across nine Asia-Pacific markets, with a total gross floor area of approximately 8.3 million square metres and S$13.1 billion in assets under management. Its diversified portfolio spans Singapore, China, Japan, South Korea, Australia, Hong Kong SAR, Malaysia, Vietnam, and India, providing exposure to some of the region’s fastest-growing logistics markets.

MLT has established itself as one of Asia’s leading logistics REITs. Its strategy is centred on enhancing returns from its existing portfolio, rejuvenating the portfolio through selective acquisitions and divestments, and maintaining a strong balance sheet to support sustainable long-term growth.
