7 things I learned from the 2026 Mapletree Industrial Trust AGM

Mapletree Industrial Trust (MIT) is a Singapore-listed real estate investment trust sponsored by Mapletree Investments, a wholly owned subsidiary of Temasek Holdings. Listed on the Singapore Exchange in 2010, MIT focuses on owning, managing, and investing in a diversified portfolio of industrial and data centre properties across Singapore, North America, and Japan. Its portfolio comprises business parks, flatted factories, high-tech buildings, stack-up and ramp-up facilities, light industrial buildings, and hyperscale data centres, providing stable rental income from a broad base of quality tenants.
