This comes after a robust pipeline of new developments in the last eight months, nearly all of them have attracted enthusiastic responses from the market – with several near sell-out weekend sales. But there are plenty of remaining units for aspiring new condo buyers to consider, and we’ve compiled a useful list of these projects – listing the average starting prices, as well as project attributes like location, tenure, remaining inventory, and nearby resale alternatives.
